Welcome to CALLISTA CREEK FARM, home to a growing flock of Gulf Coast Sheep. Gulf Coast Sheep (GCS) are a highly parasite resistant, heritage breed, wool sheep.
We also have 6 Border Collies, 1 mutt, 5 Guardian Dogs, and 3 cats. So far. Brien says we have to stop... yeah right.
We started out on this farming adventure several years ago and are here to stay. Our future plans for the farm include cows, horses, chickens, and maybe a camel or two! We'd also like to branch into a kennel, boarding facility, and maybe, eventually, a training facility.
We try to update our website with photos of the animals and farm and we have started a website newsletter about the farm, which we sporadically update. We are trying to be more consistant, but farm life sometimes demands all our attention.
