Welcome to CALLISTA CREEK FARM, home to a growing flock of Gulf Coast Sheep. Gulf Coast Sheep (GCS) are a medium sized, heritage breed sheep that are highly parasite resistant. We also have 5 Border Collies, 1 mutt, 5 Guardian Dogs, and 3 cats. So far.
We started out on our farm adventures a couple of years ago. Future plans include cows, horses, chickens, and maybe a camel or two! We try to update the website with pictures of the animals and the farm and we have started a website newsletter about the farm, which we sporadically send out.
